For more than 25 years, I've worked in fundraising and nonprofit leadership, with a proven track record of helping organizations strengthen donor engagement, secure major gifts, and build sustainable development strategies. And now, I'm excited to bring this expertise to nonprofits through Catalyst Consulting.
I'm focused on building nonprofit strategy from the inside out, aligning leadership, culture, and communication with an organization’s unique mission and capacity. In doing so, I help nonprofits tailor their communications, proposals, appeals, and interactions based on how donors actually process information and engage with causes they care about.

Whether it’s capital campaigns, major giving, or annual giving, Beth knows how to turn ambition into action. Her superpower? A sharp eye for strategy and a deep, intuitive grasp of what makes donors tick. Nonprofit leaders trust her to bring clarity, momentum, and results.
When she’s off the clock, Beth is all about good wine, great books, and globe-trotting adventures. She shares life with her husband and their Shih Tzu, Watson, and is currently diving deep into her WSET wine certification—because why not pair learning with a perfect cabernet? You’ll usually find her reading, cooking something delicious, or planning her next getaway.
